Basswood Honey is a light, medium-sweet, spring/summer honey with a hint of lime or mint. The Basswood (Linden) tree produces nectar that the bees make into a honey which is unique in its aroma and natural flavours.
Selectively harvested early in the season, Basswood honey is only possible when conditions in nature are just right and enough Linden trees are growing (and blooming) in the same area.
Nestled away in the picturesque countryside of the Ganaraska Valley, Dancing Bee Apiaries is dedicated to natural delicious honey. Harvesting in an ecologically friendly manner ensures all the flavour and goodness remains, from Bee to you.
