Sunderland Hives RAW Creamed Clover Honey 1kg
Believe it or not ... the "lowly" Clover flower is the source of almost 1/3 of Ontario's honeys, and it's delicious. Many gardeners consider clover a "weed", but to honeybees it's a delightful and very important source of forage and food.
Sunderland Creamed Clover Honey is a varietal, and it is silky smooth, spreadable, and quite sweet to the tongue. And, of course, it's RAW and unpasteurized.
Available in 500g & 1kg glass jars and 3kg plastic pails.
The Town of Sunderland is a quaint, rural community founded in 1822, located approximately 100 km northeast of Toronto (north and east of Oshawa) in Brock Township, Durham Region. Many small family farms still exist in the area, largely yet to be touched by development. The area's rich agricultural soil make it ideal, and combined with the rolling open fields and pristine first-growth deciduous forests it's quite idyllic countryside.
