JC's Hot ... Where Heat Meets Flavour.
As a family owned and operated business the " JC's Hot " journey began in 2017 with the cultivation of peppers in the JC Pasche family's own backyard in Ancaster, Ontario. The joy of tending to, harvesting, and preserving their peppers sparked a passion in JC that soon evolved into a successful enterprise. Each product JC's Hot makes is characterized by its individual flavour profile and level of spiciness, catering to a wide range of preferences from sweet to savoury, and mild (sweet heat) to intensely hot (what we call blow your noggin' off).
JC's Hot - Mixed Pepper Hot Sauce features their fermented peppers, made with a special blend of Habanero, Scotch Bonnet, Ghost and Scorpion Peppers. We're told that "hot heads" call this a Medium Heat sauce and the blend of peppers tempers the heat. But there are Scorpions in the blend, to kick the heat up a couple of notches into the million Scoville units range. Get ready for a hot, hot ride. Gluten free.
