Basswood Honey is a light, medium-sweet, spring/summer honey with a hint of lime and a hint of mint in its flavour profile. The Basswood (Linden) tree produces nectar that the bees make into a honey which is unique in its aroma and natural flavours. We love it, and would love to share that love with you.
Selectively harvested early in the season, Basswood honey is only possible when conditions in nature are just right and enough Linden trees are growing (and blooming) in the same area.
