The Town of Sunderland is a quaint, rural community founded in 1822, located approximately 100 km northeast of Toronto (north and east of Oshawa) in Brock Township, Durham Region. The area's rich agricultural soil make it ideal, and combined with the rolling open fields and pristine first-growth deciduous forests it's quite idyllic countryside.
