A "Varietal Honey", the bees make Linden Honey from the nectar of the flowers of the linden (or basswood) tree. It is a beautiful light colour-honey with a prominent floral taste, and a characteristic and interesting hint of lime and mint in its undertones. It is one of the honeys known for “calming” effects.
Our Head Beekeeper says "after 24 years as a Beekeeper I can definitely say this is THE BEST Linden Honey I have ever tasted" ... high praise form someone who eats a lot of honey, every single day.
