This Cedarwood Honey is 100% Blueberry honey.
The Beekeeper says “Every year in the spring we place hives at various blueberry patches for pollination resulting in honey with a unique taste. Blueberry plants are self-pollinating but in order to produce more and bigger delicious fruit, blueberry plants require honey bees to pollinate the flowers. Our blueberry-pollinated honey is a fruity-tasting, amber honey that we think you will find pleasing.”
Just so you know, ALL Varietal Honeys are like fine vintage wines, and may not be available all year. The bees only make so much, and they make it in smaller quantities than Wildflower Honeys since the bloom season is short. If you love it, think about stocking up before someone else does and it's sold out. Blueberry is an early spring blooming plant, meaning once sold out new stock of Blueberry Honey would only be available the next year mid-summer.
