We're told that \"hot heads\" call this a \u003cem\u003eMedium Heat\u003c\/em\u003e sauce and the blend of peppers tempers the heat. But there are Scorpions in the blend, to kick the heat up a couple of notches into the million Scoville units range. Get ready for a hot, hot ride.
