Vittorios Honey Hot Sauce adds a nice "kick" to your wings, ribs or your favourite food.  Originally created in Chef Victor Iacobellis’s hometown of Stratford, Ontario in 1988 for the first annual Great Canadian Rib Cook-Off in London, Ontario. Using local honey and garlic,  this sauce was prepared in the kitchen of Vittorios, Victor’s Stratford restaurant.

Vittorio’s sauce has been given top honours in national and international competitions.
